Trace Goldsmith and her use of
colour.
Introduction.
I first discovered Traces' work when I went on a family break to
Cornwall. One day we took a trip to a small fishing village called,
St.Mawes. Here I discovered 'The Picture House,' this was a tiny
gallery shop. As soon as I walked in, nothing else caught my attention
more than this painting by Trace Goldsmith. The only word I could can
use to describe my thoughts and feelings at that point, is, 'Bliss.'

I couldn't believe that a painting could make me feel so calm, happy
and atmospheric. It was the best thing I had ever seen, it was
magical, a painting that sparks a chemical reaction, that makes you
feel immediate happiness. Abbie Stokes, Gloucestershire
